Errors in the diet usually occur on weekends. Since the holidays, probably many who think that the diet is also a holiday. And for 5 days you have trouble keeping food berusa. Avoid the many temptations that make the tongue and belly sway.

At the time of vacation is a lot of people who pamper themselves, hanging out with friends and family. Surely never miss a meal in the warmth of togetherness. Vacation is a challenge for you to implement a diet program. Here are some errors in the diet during the holidays which I quoted from detikhealth:

     Skipping breakfast. Usually considered skipping breakfast can lose weight quickly, in fact the action is actually detrimental to the body. Due to fill the stomach after waking up can increase your metabolism 10%.
     Too much to drink high-calorie sweet drinks. Sweet tea, soft drinks, bottled juices and other sugary drinks are very influential on weight gain. Should avoid or reduce by multiplying drinking water.
     Emotional eating. Usually during the holidays is considered as the day of revenge after holding a delicious meal for 5 days. Should avoid or eat foods with little portions so that your weight does not go up drastically.
